Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Phu account and the personal data we hold about you. Send an email from the address linked to your account to hello@phu.town with the subject line Account deletion request.

What we delete

When your request is processed, we delete your account profile, authentication record, and other personal data stored in Phu, except where we must keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

What happens next

We will confirm your request by email and complete deletion within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your identity, we will let you know.
