Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Phu mobile application, website at phu.town, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Phu ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Phu. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@phu.town if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Post or share content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing
• Provide false, misleading, or impersonating information in profiles, listings, or community posts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without our permission

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit through Phu, including community posts and housing listings. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

Third-party services and listings

Phu may include information about third-party businesses, services, places, and listings, including content sourced from Google Places. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party offerings, availability, pricing, or accuracy. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

Not professional advice

Information in Phu about visas, immigration, housing, legal matters, health, safety, or other topics is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, immigration, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Always verify important information with qualified professionals and official authorities before making decisions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information provided is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
